Weight 230, i 'm almost 20. I have two special needs children, so I have little time to exersize, but I try and I try to eat better, but I don 't lose all the fat. I have gained 3 pounds (but know that muscle weighs more than fat) have to calculate out a way to lose fat. I am extremely dissatisfied with my body now. Thank you

I suggest a simply, easy to follow routine. I just got on a routine a couple weeks ago and lost a good 15 pounds. Imagine what Ill look like in 3 months? Theres a great blog for it, you can find it here

How are you eating? Size portions? What foods? And how often are you excercising? To give an informative answer we need more info…

I’m suspicious of your use of the word “try.” Are you eating healthy and exercising or not? And what do you mean by eating better? Fad diets? Starvation? Or are you sticking to mainly fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains? You also haven’t said for how long you’ve been doing this. It takes time and consistency to see results.
