    Yep…
getting depressed can make you eat or make you not feel like exercising, which makes you gain more weight which makes you more depressed go to step A.

Yes stress and depression can make you gain weight. I don’t know what else to say because this is a touchy subject. But there alot of things you can use or do for depression. Exercise is one of them Keeping a journal, going to counseling. And many others but it is for you to say what will help and when to get help. Good Luck.

I wouldn’t think being depressed would make you fat and by that life style I don’t think it’s the food either. Maybe it could be because you are growing but maybe you might want to get some outdoor fresh air and some excercise if you want it. Take some time off and try to balance out some work, excercise and some free time.

yes, being depressed definitely contributes to weight gain. one of my good friends is a health freak and runs 4-6 miles literally every day but she has been depressed for several years now and therefore has not lost any weight. yoga booty ballet ive heard is really good but you should also think about going to therapy, just to see if you can fix your mood because it really does effect your body

why are you avoiding red meats?? they are so very healthy!! they have the omega 3 and 6 fatty acids in them and also the potassium and zinc you need to keep the brain in good order!!

Yes, most people I talk to who are depressed have a very low fat, no red meats food plan!! If you increase your saturated fats a bit, even drinking whole milk, it will aide you in getting rid of the depression.

Yes, you ought to be just as stressed as my daughter who is also a full time student, single mother of 2 with a couple of part time jobs!! One of those elements is enough to stress anyone!!

For lunch and dinner eat about a 3 oz serving of some meat fixed any way - fish, chicken, pork, lamb, beef - and a lovely dark green leafy salad with some tomatoes and stuff and real salad dressing on it.
For breakfast quit with the cereals!! Have a couple of slices of bacon, some eggs, and a slice of whole grain toast with butter.

apples and for snacking between meals.

Why are you so terrified of fried foods and red meats?? They won’t kill you contrary to government handouts!! But they will keep you depressed and in need of suppliments and pills.
