diet help please?

I have 20 years I have had 2 children during the past 2 years and I've gained about 50 pounds! yuck! **** the weight I gained and chamfer seem to unfasten a pound. Please risparmilo and conferences on exersize eat right the cause that I eat 1200 calories a day and that solves every day operation after a child all day. I want the council that the facilities … I have thought about that juice fasting or a diet with very few calories … I need ask for … if any had experience of something that works … I pray you depart

    Diet:

    Stick to your healthy eating plan like a trooper. Do NOT diet, they do not work. Do not starve yourself, it is dangerous and screws your metabolism.

    Natural Supplements:

    You need to try supplement your diet with something that is going to clean out your system at the same time that you are doing the excercise.
    I reccomend two options the first is something pretty drastic and that is Wheat Grass. Taking Wheat Grass will really flush out the system, it makes me go very soon after I drink the juice. There is also something new called Zylene, I have only just started to use it and it has changed my world, totally natural and it helps burn fat and increase the metabolism::

    The other option, and something I have been using for 3 years now, would be something called Prosit, it is made it South Africa and is something you should take every day. It is not easy to come by, try searching for African cures and Prosit together. Prosit also makes you feel healthier and younger, and if you have High Blood Pressure, Arthritis, Cholesterol or Diabetes, Prosit will help will these too.

    Exercise:

    Aerobic and weight training will raise your metabolic rate. In result, your body will burn more calories.

    Here are some simple suggestions:

    * aerobic exercising
    3 times per week, conduct an exercise that keeps your heart rate elevated for at least 30-45 minutes (ex: walking, running, cycling, swimming, aerobics, … check out following link for more details about good exercise choices to lose weight:…

    * weight training
    Alternate days of aerobics with weight training. You will build muscles that will burn more calories, even when at rest!

    I would suggest you the following:
    Start a diet - Winter diet is fine, but you can select another one you like
    Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance, swim.
    Change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular diet
    Do not give up if you do not lose weight as fast as you want. The body needs time to react.

    If you want to try a fad diet that actually works then look at the Atkins diet. You can eat meat, eggs, cheese and vegetables that are low/no carb. You cannot have bread, pasta, rice, sugar on this diet. It really does work and you start seeing results fast. I like to do this diet for several weeks to jump start my weight loss. Eventually I return to a healthy diet low in calories and fat to finish off because it is hard for me to stay away from carbs for too long.

    dont eat a very low calories diet it wont work. it will just lower your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight over time. it sounds like you are doing everything right. how much time have you given yourself to lose weight? maybe you are just at a weight your body needs to be at and thats why it is staying put at that weight.

    You may just be toxic you should try a nutritional cleansing. I use Isagenix and it works great for me. I lost 10lb in 15days 2inch’s of each thigh which for all women is a big deal unless your a stick figure.
