well if he should cut down all of the junk for a start, no eating after 7:00, no unnecessary snacks, have the most important meal of the day breakfast. 3 meals a day.
he should start running, bike riding and simple sit ups and push ups will be good.
start him up in classes such as taekwondo or karate or get him fit and confident.

    Don’t push him too hard!!

My mom made my sister go to Weight watchers when she was 11 and by the time she was 13 she was diagnosed as bullemic.

What you can do though is activities like rock climbing or other out door “sporty” event with your son and his friends. Maybe take him and a friend for a hike, or snowboarding.

Also start serving healthier food at home, more whole grains, fruits and vegetables. He may not like it at first but your body adjusts and actually begins to crave these foods quickly.

As a oarent you should be ashamed to ask this question. The kid’s nutrition comes form the house. Feed him a 2000-calorie diet and do not feed him more. He should also be eating healthy - buy fruits and vegetables as snacks, not chocolate and ice-cream Drumsticks. It’s the parents that have to manage this stuff, or the kid will grow up and have no knowledge of eating healthy, and will have no incentive to start because he will feel helplessly fat and therefore will see no need to bother. Maybe if ou start now by the time he hits puberty he will be a healthy weight and won’t suffer socially in school. I was fat as a kid and teen and i determined to lose weight and now I’m a professional model. But throughout my childhood I suffered emotinally because I was fat and ugly. Don;t let that happen to your kids, and don;t drown the misery in comfort snacks. Make him excercise, make him diet, and instill goods habits in him.

it is the food that he eats that he has to watch. that is the root cause of the problem.

try the calorie shifting system that lets him eat 4 meals a day and lose 9lbs every 11days. no starving (as this is dangerous and may lead to malnutition).

    cost less than 50 dollars.

    try it at

all the best to your son,
    jo
