How can you protect child’s mental health records from a biological parent who is the abuser? Oklahoma?

My child went to a psychologist to get help with disorders of mood. Dr. even more crucial that you are suffering from PTSD and clinical depression / anxiety emotional abuse / verbal r / t from the father. Dr. has turned this into DHS for research. Rise that is going on with the stuff of the court. dell'oltraggiatore good dad went to the same Dr listed on the work of the office and on the court, demanded "the work of the office. EVERYTHING in the file. Evidence of the notes, everything. the Dr is going to freaking give it his all. Are there laws to protect children in approving dall'oltraggiatore? I know that HIPAA has much regulation and identifies the "judgment professional; repeatedly. Dr Law says GIUSTA that turns over. not sure how? The question is what do I find where the rights to the child. the annotation of the whole is bad and he still gets visitation to the court. so this puts it in further damage and the Dr is right with what they said. Please any suggestions. Help is at a loss!
