is this abusive?

my friend 's mother gets mad and hits you. but told me that sometimes gets smacked hard in the face! I do not know if its abusive and I want to help them. so that his brother also abusing his children incentive for doing exersize spur increases as long. I know that is wat are defective but that his mother is abusive? but wat happens if the hatred or my mother's woould not ever leave the name … help!

    hitting is abuse. Most states define child abuse as any hitting other than the traditional open-palmed ***** on the rear method. Your friend can call Child Protective Services, or you can call them yourself. They will investigate, and if they find that there is abuse, take appropriate measures.

    I would ***** my kids to teach them right from wrong but that stopped when they turned 2 years old. After that, I would rarely have to ***** them. There’s no excuse for an adult to hit an older child - especially in the face!!

    I would call it abuse.
