4th child 1st c-sec. How long until uterus is healed? Need to lose alot of wgt. 5wks post surgery. pls help?

Have been earned 37 pounds during pregnancy but about 20-25 pounds more? I wanted to be the first of preg. and have lost only 21 in 5 weeks. Adipex makes me so mad? can 't take those yet. Do not know what to do. Watching still about 4-5 months pregnant and never experienced this before. the C-section was very traumatic and has been hard work for 2 days. (deface the cervix had cancer 4 years ago Dial is not really has not torn and not lost a lot of soul.) The counting of soul? still very low as 7 or 8 and nessun'energia exersize. **** the way I look at that and hatred still bring clothes maternoty after 5 weeks. Diet variable but pi? weight loss. just don 'cos? Detailed sorry, the t know what to do. Dr 's seems like just don' t care Preg not? designed (pill) cos? everything that? was hard. Suggestions? The boy? healthy and beautiful anyway. Love to go back to work at least the general format that I was pregnant before they obtain and bring some of those clothes. 3 wks 1 / 2 to get back to work.

It’s just been 5 weeks, don’t expect miricles. Give yourself another 2 weeks to heal then whenever you start getting hungry drink an 8 oz glass of water really fast. Also try to include alot of chef salads in your diet. They are high in protien and the lettuce will help clean out your system. If you are ****** feeding stay away from diet drugs.

This is my second c-sectio, when i was at the hospital I was given a Small red pill that was to make my uterus go back to its same size. BUT am from Mexican decent and there is lots of myths or beliefs that my family and my husbands family believe , like; do not go outside for 40 days if you do and its after 4pm wear a sweater and cover your head wear socks and don’t do much around the house( basically be lazy if you can) This is believed to help you heal correctly , Help You NOT TO STAY BLOATED,and it reduces you having any illness like back pains and migraines as you get older and many other health issues you may get. I don’t know if its true but i follow it because i figure better be safe than sorry, and i have lost most of my weigh by know..not all but most, I had gain 35lbs ,OH YOU NEED TO WEAR A GURDLE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE EVERYDAY..THAT REALLY HELPS.
