What is most detrimental to and best for a young child’s health?

pick one for each application (2): A) being a vegetarean but eating any food within that B) a standard that is raised on organic food (meat included) c) being vegetarean but eating only organic products d) being raised on every type of food (and even eating meat) e) only food meat such as chicken or fish I was just wondering …. also, does not just ask your opinions here who want the actual real answers thank him!

There can be arguments made for and against for every item you post.

Any child during their growing years needs calcium,iron,potasium,B complex. Organic is good but expensive for a child(picky eaters).So given the choices you put forth I would say at least until 13 D would be the answer.At 13 they can tell you what they do and don’t like.
