My period started again, just 1 week later?

I had my normal a period of 7 days that ended Sunday. So the very next Sunday started yet. Information about hours Wednesday and I 'm still bleeding. I 'm the on birth control and was on the pill for 4 years now. I just had my first child 5 months ago. I was out of the pill during my pregnancy and just started take still about 3 months ago. My periods have always been quite normal about the lasting 5-7 days. My husband and I had *** only once between the two periods so I don 't think I' m pregnant. I started a diet and exersize the program about 4 weeks ago. could this cause. if not then everyone knows what is wrong with me?

    Starting a new exercise program can throw your period one way or the other. It has happened to me. Let your Gynecologist know what is going on.
